Not likely: Your case sounds complicated. Appendicitis can occur in any clinical situation and is treatable, curable and occasionally has serious complications. Crohn's is not curable, frequently has serious complications, and your health care team will be very happy if you don't have it. For months Ive Been dealing with lower right abdominal pain, sometimes not bad, sometimes same side lower back and wearing pants makes my belly and abdominal uncomfortable. Does a hiatal hernia cause that? Is it my crohns? Something else?
