'lung pain': Sounds like an irritated intercostal muscle. There are no pain fibers in the lung.

CT: Was your ct scan with and without contrast? Did you ever have an mri? Have you seen a pulmonologist? Have you had a cardiac stress test, a bronchoscopy?
