Tear duct problem: You may need to see an ophthalmologist to check your tear ducts. There is a small opening called the puncate in the inner corner of your eye which maybe occluded. An ophthalmologist can diagnose and treat this problem.

Eye exam: Constant watering of the eyes may be due to blocked ducts so that normal eye fluids can't drain properly. I recommend an exam by an opthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Constant watering: Constant watering can indicate excessive tearing due usually to some irritation or insufficient drainage as in a blockage of outflow through the nasolacrimal duct. See an eye physician to determine which it is and how to manage.
