Yes: Usually the fetal pole and positive fetal heart motion is not seen until approximately 6 to 6 and half weeks of gestation.

Probably low: Talk with your OB or whomever is supervising the ultrasound and measurements for clarification. Early ultrasound can see the embryo and watch development. If truly nothing seen, repeat to be sure.
