Can prednisone enhance chances of pregnancy?

If you are deficient: Prednisone or corticosteroids in general do not enhance of pregnancy. If, however, you are deficient in steroid to start with, as in addision's disease etc...It can. Otherwise, prolonged use of Prednisone actually cause menstrual problems and can reduce chance of a healthy pregnancy. For men, can cause problem with the sperm production/quality.
