Yes: But prednisone does not usually cause vomiting. I am more concerned about the treatment you are getting however. Suggest that you consult an allergist to find out if the headaches are indeed from allergy. I hope you have had your eye pressure checked since prednisone may worsen it if the pain is from glaucoma.
