How high?: At some point, you need to find out the cause of the fever and treat it. If temp is going over 100.4, and it makes you uncomfortable, take 2 tylenol (acetaminophen), (acetaminophen) but if it continues to bump back up when the tylenol (acetaminophen) wears off, you need to consider other sources of infection! could be bladder, bronchitis, pneumonia...Some of which might need antibiotics to clear it!
