Vision eye therapy at home, any good advice for someone pursuing this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mostly bogus: "vision therapy" is used to improve basic visual function and is practiced by a subset of optometrists who charge heavily for this practice. This has not been subjected to the normal clinical tests and there is no proven value. Be sure you don't have an underlying problem by consulting with an ophthalmologist to discover any other condition.
