Remove dead tissues: Md will aggressively remove dead tissues (call debridement) in order to get back to tissue that has blood supply and can carry antibiotics to the wound. Many now include biocellular treatment to the areas above the gangrenous areas with fat and platelet concentrates to increase circulatory ability. Wound cannot heal without oxygen and circulation.
