Is there a cure for dry gangrene for an elderly, very sick hospital patient?

No good tx.: When the patient is not a candidate for any revascularization ( bypass, stents, endarterectomy' etc.) the only treatment left is amputation of the affected area. Hyperbaric oxygen may delay the process. Leeches may improve the microscopic circulation up to a point
