Sounds like : Your feet "supinate". You could try an orthotic to attempt to rebalance your foot. There are different reasons for this but would need to examine in person to relay findings.

Outside: Your feet are in a supinated position as they strike the ground . Orthotics can help this but you need to see your podiatrist for an evaluation and treatment plan.
