Possible but: unusual to have negative blood responses unless the test used to confirm it was IgA tTG when you have a deficiency of IgA in the blood. The gold standard is a small bowel biopsy showing specific changes. I hope you are under the care of a gastroenterologist.

Yes but unlikely: The blood tests are pretty good though not perfect. There are multiple things that can explain weight loss and fatigue other than Celiac. Talk to your doctor to explore further.

Difficult issue: Without a review of what you call "blood work", it is not possible to decide whether the appropriate studies were done or how wan was done applies to your symptoms. If you put the name of the tests in your question we can comment.
