Ask your doctor: It doesn't matter what weight you are, it just matters how your body handles the medication. Also i would follow the recommendations of your doctor that prescribed the medicine. If the dose you are prescribed doesn't help, i would ask your doctor for more advice of how to adjust the dose or maybe medication.
