Weight recommends: Are general. Around a 100 pounds if really petite. 110 pounds is spot on. Up to 121 is within range. However if you are muscular or have large bone structure you could weight more ; be just fine.

Depends: A healthy bmi is 25 or less, but if you have a large bone structure, it may differ. See the charts to see if you fall within the 22-26 range, and check what your weight should be. Lower for small boned, and higher for big boned..
