Concerning: Could just be post operative swelling that would respond to ice and anti inflamatories. However hematoma is always a concern in that time frame, unusual bilaterally but you need to be evaluated by your surgeon.

It depends...: Some swelling is normal and implants sit very high right after augmentation so can make them seem very large. It is less of a concern that both breasts are swollen. One side swelling only would be more concerning for a bleed. However, best to check with your surgeon to have him/her ensure the swelling is within normal range.
