You have symptoms and signs of pregnancy, in the absence of a positive pregnancy test. The likelihood of pregnancy is remote, but an examination by a trusted ob-gyn doctor is warranted.

You could get a blood test for HCG level. If you were 2 months pregnant, the fetus would be visible on ultrasound examination that your doctor can perform. A properly done, negative urine test suggests that pregnancy is highly unlikely.
