How likely is getting pancreatic cancer at 22? also would symptoms like left side and mid left back pain happen suddenly?

Very rare: Pancreatic cancer in a 22 year old is very rare. sudden pain in the left side/back is more likely to be due to injury or overuse. I would also consider a urinary tract infection or kidney stone, which both way more likely than cancer.

See MD: It sounds like you need an immediate medical appointment for a physical exam. The anatomical locations you describe do not concur with symptoms of pancreatic cancer. Stay calm and please get a physical exam.
