Fast weight loss: Simply put, there is no "best" way to lose weight, and "fast" is never a good idea. Most weight loss (if permanent) comes with serious lifestyle and dietary modification, including portion size control, meal timing, and avoidance of "bad" foods. Then, exercise is a must. Please forget the "fast" and concentrate on the "best".

Weight Loss: Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise.
