what is a normal healthy range of heart beat in my age pls?

60-100: Normal hr is 60-100. It isn't unusual for some to have lower heart rates in the 50s if they are fit. Conversely , you can have higher rates into 100-110 that can go up much higher with activity and rapidly if one is unfit.
