No: The heart itself has no pain fibers to give you pain.The blood vessels within the heart do, but you are far too young and the pain you describe not of heart origin. If you look at that location, it has chest wall,swallowing tube, and heart. What you describe sounds more like reflux (swallowing tube) but it could be chest wall. Your doc could help you sort this out, but it does not sound serious.
