Many possibilities.: I recommend you see your ob-gyn doctor and your family doctor for an evaluation. Anafranil (clomipramine) can raise prolactin levels which can cause you to lose your periods. It can also cause weight gain and you can get polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos) from that. That can also cause lack of periods. Your practitioners should be able to sort it out for you. Best wishes.
