Hormonal imbalance: Call your ob-gyn and speak with someone there or make an appointment. Sounds like hormonal imbalance. My favorite treatment for that is acupuncture as it resolves the imbalance rather quickly. Normal periods can be 21-28 days and that may mean that you could have one at the beginning and one at the end of a 31 day month. It may be normal but talk to your doctor.
