PMS: If you have a general doctor or gynecologist that watches over you then, check with them for these symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. Treatments are available to calm things a bit but as I'm sure you've figured out over the years of having periods, it ain't easy finding something that works all the time. Sometimes you can try prepping before the period with some medications but variable response
