What could cause right side low back pain with cold chills when moving around becomes severe when sitting is persistant but dull also severe nausea?

Many: Consider the right lower abdomen and back and these include your appendix and yes, it can be to the back (posterior), the ureters, the kidney, and the stomach and in women the adnexa or ovary. There could also be referred pain. The chills is concerning for infection or even a stone. Go have a good evaluation and be treated appropriately.
