What is the best way to treat a skin rash from an allergic reaction to baby wipes?

ALLERGY: Change the type you are using, try some hypo-allergenic ones. If no benefit, don't use baby wipes, rather clean with lukewarm water and soft cotton cloth. Use otc Hydrocortisone cream 1% on the rash, apply thin layer twice daily. If not better, check with the pediatrician.
