Treat and observe: Likely will attempt to either have him throw-up or give charcoal to limit absorption of drug and alcohol, then observe for any signs and symptoms of serious CNS depression. If this was part of a suicide attempt, he may be seen by a psychiatrist to determine if he is a danger to himself. If mixing drugs and alcohol occurs regularly, your husband is in need of professional help.
