Both: With adhd/add many people report that emotions seem to take them over when they occur. So emotions can influence the problem and the problem can exaggerate the emotions. It is neurotransmitter imbalance...Acupuncture, homeopathy, diet, and meds can all help balance . Also counseling can help to recognize when you are about to "go off" and give tools to not do so..

Both: Adhd is mainly trouble with ability to self control and maintain focus, moment to moment priorities and/ or your behaviors. This leads to problems. Problems effect feelings. Going in the other direction, strong feelings demand a higher level of control over these moment to moment choices. The result is the adhd seems worse. Sometimes anxiety helps focus (eg. Cramming for a test).
