Follow up with Docto: Twe can not advice you as we do not have all the details about your case.Hemoglobin of 8gm is not alone from thalassemia minor and has to be investigated and treated discuss with your doctor and hematologist what is the cause of your anemia and what needs to correct it it is not dangerous as long as you know what is causing it and are able to correct it.
