Tacrolimus: Uncontrolled shaking of a body part is one of the side effects of this drug. You must contact your doctor if this continues. Avoid drinking grapefruit juice while taking this drug. Hope this helps.

Tacrolimus: Tacrolimus can have many side effects including tremors. It is often used after organ transplants, but also for eczema, uveitis, minimal change disease, Kimura's disease, and vitiligo. Talk to the prescribing doctor to see if another medicine can be substituted for the tacrolimus. Alternately, the doctor may have another suggestion to reduce the tremors while continuing the tacrolimus.
