Familial tremor?: If this is coming on at your age, chances are you are among the 1% of humankind with benign familial tremor. Next time you're with your physician, have it checked. The treatment (propranolol is one option) may be more annoying than the non-disease itself. There are other possibilities as well, if it's disabling a neurology consult may be in order.
