Tremors: This could be genetic, such a familial essential tremor, or due to a medication, or too much coffee, or, if the shaking is when the hands are at rest, a parkinson disease type of issue. Since hyper-thyroidism could also be a culprit, have your doctor evaluate this. Multiple treatment options are available for all of these possibilities.
