I'm having spleen pain years after injury..what could be wrong?

Adhesion: It is possible that there are adhesions or fibrous bands which cause some discomfort years after an injury. Unless severe, would not treat, as only treatment is surgery and probable removal of spleen-not a good idea if unnecessary.
