How can i stop drowning? i had my spleen removed 5 years ago.

Not related: There is an increased risk of serious infections in patients without a spleen, so you should be vaccinated. Drowning is obviously related to water, so staying out of the water and/or learning to swim are first steps to avoid drowning.
