Plantar fasciiitis: That certainly depends on how long it has been going on , activity level , spur formation, bursa formation , etc. Without you in front of me and x rays it is impossible to say. On average , it can take 2-4 weeks to several months to really be alleviated. See your podiatrist for assistance.

Depends: On what you do for it. Would be wise to start reating. Usually is easier to get rid of in the acute stage than the chronic stage.
