Yes: You can by neither medication will likely help. You need to be treat with arch supports and a specific exercise program.

Yes, one can...: Both are pain relievers. They work by different mechanisms, different cautions. Celebrex (celecoxib) is a variant of nsaid, with somewhat less inflammation of GI tract can still affect kidney function, bp, esp w/ longtime use (which also can increase cv risk). Paracetamol risk with liver (careful w/ alcohol intake). Stagger doses ( not both at same time). Need to stretch, daily, a lot.
