What may be causes of chronically high heart beat in mid 90 to 100 and a bit above , over more then a year? Thyroid and lft and iron level was normal
Would causes my heart rate and blood pressure to increases at a certain part of day, in my case around 4 my heart rate will increase to high 90s to 100, but most of the day is mid 70s or 80s?

I am a 72 year old mail. I have a few extra pounds but feel good. I am also T2 diabetic but in remission, A1C below 7. I walk all the time and constantly moving, but can't get my heart rate up. My vitals are usually 109/78 and pulse mid 50's. Thanks?
