A member asked:

Every day my stomach (usually when empty) makes a loud farting or inflating/deflating sound when breathing deep or moving my belly in/out. concern?

No pain, not concern: Movement of gas in your tummy creates noise we can hear--the stretothoscope placed on your belly by doc/nurse amplifies this sounds for them to hear. Some can be quite loud. Your hungry stomach wants food and so it can churn creating such sound. If it is just the sound and no other symptom such as pain/nausea/vomiting etc... I would not worry much. Consult doc. Good luck.
