Highly unlikely: Although there was a case of a women getting amoebic infection in the brain attributed to irrigating the sinuses with non-sterile water, there has been no other case I am aware of. Thus your getting amoeba invading your brain is highly unlikely. May try some nasal saline or gel to moisturize your nose.
