If : If it was water from a city supply, there should be no risk at all. Amebic infections begin with contaminated water, and that coming directly from a commercial source should be safe. Well water is a different issue, as it may be untreated and could be contaminated. If this was well water, then you might want to take a sample for testing.

Not to worry.: There have been NO case-reports of Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis caused by Naegleria fowleri in Wisconsin between 1962–2016.
