Does a bulging disc always come with facet arthropathy? i have l5-s1 bulging disc and my whole back is in pain..is it possible from facet arthropathy?

No, two separate : Pain generators. However, you can certainly have both at the same time. Facet arthropathy and disc bulging will have different symptoms that can be determined by physical exam findings and have different treatment options. Facet pain will usually still be localized to levels or follow a referral pattern, not usually diffuse pain. You will need a physical exam. May be muscular as well.
