Primary care doc: Should be seeing the same doc they have been seeing. Some would consider a "geriatrician" but most internists are very good at managing the complicated problems of older adults. Care of the 90 year old needs to be focussed on functionality and quality of life. Meds should be minimized and prevention of accidents and falls is paramount.
