Lymph mode swollen: Lymph nodes under the chin drain generally from the oral cavity. I would not immediately suspect that is related to your thyroid biopsy. It could be related to something going on in the mouth, teeth, or a coincidental occurrence. If it becomes increasingly tender and swollen, you should see an ENT doctor soon.
