I am 8 weeks and 4 days i have been spotting /bleeding for 11 days my ultrasound was at 7 weeks 5 days hb was 150 but my sac is measuring 5 weeks?

At Risk: You are at risk for a miscarriage. The very small sac size along with 11 days of bleeding are rather ominous signs. You should be closely followed to verify that there is still fetal heart activity. You should get another sono asap. If the fetus is dead then you may require a d;c.
