Infertility: Assuming that you have an open right fallopian tube and normal ovary you could get pregnant having regular sexual relations. If you do conceive you will be at higher riks of having another ectopic pregnancy: this time in the right tube. If you are infertile then you should see your physician so they can do testing: like a hsg to see if your right tube is open or not. Your physician can help.
