See a counselor: If you do not like your current job it will add to your depression and frustration, if possible seek a satisfying job. Your counselor will explore other contributing factors to how your feeling and recommend treatment.

Art: Artists have to eat too, use your skills to cultivate your art in your spare time and time will show you which direction to take.

Also do art: In general society does not support artists so it's difficult to earn a living as an artist. Thus, it's good to have a day job ; you are blessed to have a great family. Can you also do art as a hobby? Perhaps you can do art when you aren't working ;/or on your days off. If you're able to sell some of your art you might be able to do more art ; less of your other job. You can also take art classes.
