U can't: It all depends on the degree of the tea = no ;major damage to the muscle, treatment= ice, massage ; rest. Return 2 action when feel @ pre injury status. 2=bleeding ; over stretching but no muscle tearing considered major. Same treatment but recovery is a good 3-6 wks.2=major disruption of the muscle fibers ; recovery is long ; needs rest, and long rehab. The only thing u can do is to follow advice.
