Food stuck: It is probably not stick there unless you are not able to eat or drink anything you probably just scratched the pyriform sinus or the area in the back of the throat. Are you short or breath? If so, you needed to be seen immediately. Otherwise, if you are able to drink and eat ok, you can try some chloroseptic and see if it relieves the feeling that something is sticking in the throat.

Dysphagia: It cannot be in your wind pipe, you would not be with us now. If it is in your esophagus, can you drink or eat without bringing stuff back up? If so drink plenty fluids to push it down. If indeedyour food isobstructing your esophagusit will need to be extactedin the emergency room.
