good day doctor, i have this nagging pain on my right side of my chest bone by my breast, the pain usually presents when i breathe out/exhale.

Muscular pain likely: The pain may be due to inflammation of the rib cage muscles. Localized heat and Motrin may help the pain. If it persists or is associated with any additional symptoms, please see your PCP.
