Difficult answer: Hard to effectively answer such a complicated ? In this format. Most low transverse c/s scars are actually in the cervix. If the pregnancy is cervical then it is technically an ectopic. Cervical ectopic a are very tough to manage. I'm sure that is why your doctor is being careful to figure out the exact location. There likely will not be a right answer on the ? Of what to do about this. Good luck.
