No, absolutely false: There is no correlation with type of food and styes.

No relationship: Eye styes are dealt with by local heat treatment and hygiene. Occasionally supplemental antibiotics are helpful but usually not. There is not known relationship between styes and whatever foods you might eat including sticky, sugary foods.
